Pros:

~Unlike the other case, this one has a smoother texture which is not sticky like my other one

~Although not shown in the product photo, this case has a cutout for the brightness sensor, for those of you who do not want one, do not purchase this case.

~The bottom of the case is better fitting than my older one and hugs the bottom nicely, it fits the iPod well and does not slide when holding it.

~The opacity of the case is great because you do not get those unsightly moisture pockets for which you have to lift the case up to get rid of

~This case offers great stability and is very rigid to support and protect the device

Cons:

~When I received this case, the cardboard piece keeping the case’s shape pushed out the sides a bit and gave the case a puffy look when I put it on. After a while is problem resolved on its own

~Its texture, although preventing the attraction of small dust particles, becomes a magnet to larger pieces of dirt and debris, especially on the back.

~Upon receiving the case I noticed it has quite a nasty, chemical-like smell to it. I just received it today so I hope the odor goes away on its own.

This case has its flaws, but it serves the purpose of protecting my device and I got it an unbeatable price.
