I bought this for my 2g iTouch. Fits perfectly, but the thing is a dirt magnet. That’s just the material though. The buttons line up perfectly. The only thing that is slightly annoying is that the rim of the case around the touch screen gets in the way when you’re ‘flicking.’ Other than that, great deal, great seller!

The case fits the ipod, has no effect on using the touch screen but protects it from sractches.

I was originally attracted to this case due to it’s bright color. Silicone cases like these generally do not provide that much protection, but do prevent the basic scratches and fingerprints that often get on the iPod. This case isn’t that bad, but it has a hole on the top in the front, suggesting that it was really meant for use with the iPhone. (The hole is the speaker for the phone.) This isn’t that big of a deal, but it bothers me that I did not get the product I actually ordered. Also I recommend buying the plastic screen protector for your iPod as well, because this case does not protect the actual touch screen in any way. The bottom of the case is also completely open, which has left room for dust to collect in the USB drive and the headphone plug. Overall, I’m pretty satisfied with the appearance of the case.

Fits 1st gen perfectly. Color makes it easy to identify your ipod, unlike basic black. Definitely worth the price. Issues with slits on the back & dust collecting in plugs would probably be an issue with any cover.
