I’ve had this for a week now. I was looking for a kickstand type case so that I could watch videos easily on the plane. Something that would protect my pod in my briefcase, and something with more style than the sci fi looking plastic gadgets out there.
This is a gorgeous piece of italian leather that would make Ricardo Montalban drool (classical reference – I’m old, I do that). The case has a snap closure that you can reverse to secure the pod in a nice viewing position. Pod slides in and out fairly easily, but seems secure and won’t fall out. Easy access to all contols and ports. Also has a pocket in the front flap of the case where I’ve tucked a business card in case I get stupid and leave it on the plane – assuming whoever finds it is honest or just hates my taste in music. Fits 2g and 3g touch pods. Mine’s a 3g 64GB and it fits perfectly.
