I wish they had a better product description for the Shades covers for the following reasons: I didn’t realize this product would cover the wheel of the iPod. The plastic ruins the sensitivity of the wheel, so if you like to play games that require use of the wheel (like Bejeweled or Scrabble) then I don’t recommend buying this. Even scrolling through menus is more difficult. Also, I don’t think the green is true to the color shown in the photo. It is forest green on my silver iPod when I was expecting bright Kelly green. And it’s very difficult to get the cover onto your iPod so that the indents in the plastic and the arrow icons on the iPod wheel match. It’s equally difficult to remove the cover and I had to rip one side of it to get it off. But it’s going in the trash anyway.

Just recieved this case in the Serene Green, was very easy to get on but difficult to remove, but I dont plan on removing it very often so not a big deal. I did have bubbles on the screen when I first put it on but read the reviews on how to get rid of them which is why I removed it. I put it back on and no bubbles!! It is a nice tight fit and not bulky at all exactly what I was looking for!!

Hello All

I bought my Ipod Classic back in 2008 and I cut out the clear plastic surrounding it out the box and put it in a bulky leather case to keep it immaculate…this product is perfect, keeps it brand new (after 2 years !) and is very easy to put on…My ipod looks beautiful with no bubbles and especially no bulk…The click wheel works perfectly…Going to buy many more cases for my other ipods…I recommend this item 100%

I had to cut off the circle cover on the click weel, because it’s very difficult to use until i didin’t cut. all the rest it very good, very slim cover, protective, and good look.

I just got my shades case in the mail and I am very pleased with the product. The plastic isn’t stiff & heavy, it doesn’t add any extra weight to the iPod. It also isn’t as sticky as some of the other rubber cases can be, making it easier to pull it out of pockets. The case even covers the screen and the clickwheel so you know you won’t get any scratches on it. I am so happy I didn’t pay $30+ at the apple store buying a case because I like this one better!

One suggestion is to look at the real pictures of the cases rather than the animated ones because the colors are more realistic. The green is not as neon as in the main pic but you can see what it really looks like in one of the handheld pics.
