Very good construction, ipod fits very tight and easy access to top hold button, control pad and earphones plug, and for that price is a bargain.

The only draw back to this caser is that can not be used on top of a rubber case. Other than that it is comfortable, great to run with!

i doubt you will find what you are looking for, if you are looking for an arm band that will hold your ipod, for this price!
i needed an armband for my ipod so i could go running with it but i decided paying 15 to 20 dollars just for an arm band whose only real function is to hold onto my ipod was a rip off… so i decide to buy this one because it was real cheap.
at the time i was aware that due to it being so cheap (money wise) that i might get a flimsy arm band that was low quality and wouldn’t last long, but actually it’s pretty fancy
it definitely could have passed off, for me personally, as being worth 15 to 20 bucks, the material is nice and overal the price does not reflect how nice a product it ended up being, i guess i just lucked out
i don’t have a ‘case’ for my ipod, i just stick my ipod into the insert and it fits snug and doesn’t bounce or fall out. the screen has clear plastic over it, and the dial has a cut out so you can operate the buttons without taking the ipod out. there is a cut out on the bottom for head phones to plug in
i also would like to note that i live in a very hot region of america and i go running with this on and it gets sweaty… very sweaty. so far though i have not had any problems, as far as sweat causing trouble for the ipod or somehow ruining the arm band itself, after i run with it and it’s damped thoroughly with sweat i just place it somewhere the ceiling fan will reach and blow on it until i go running again
can’t really think of any more details i could go into about it, but it’s definitely great quality

I bought this item to go with my new IPOD Nano, primarily for workout use. Lucky for me, before it arrived, “just to be sure,” I picked up an alternative item from Best Buy, so I was able to use my new IPOD at the gym.
When the arm band arrived, I was stoked. Based on what I’d seen online, it was EXACTLY what I was looking for. And, when I opened the package, I was initially pleased – material quality seemed OK, and the inside of the arm band looked like it would be very comfortable. Then, reality set in. First, I was hoping for a neoprene or some other material to the arm band that would allow it to flex while I worked out. Unfortunately, this armband is made out of some nylon material with no “give” in it whatsoever. This isn’t a great idea for a device that’s supposed to be velcro’d onto your arm (which, normally, expands and contracts as you use the muscles in it!)
Secondly, the arm band is just this side of tiny. I’m larger than average, certainly, but no giant (6’1″, 230 pounds). The arm band, at it’s loosest adjustment, will not move above my forearm (and I don’t have Popeye forearms, either!) The armband is so small, in fact, that I can adjust it to fit the upper arm of my 11 year old son…
So, overall, I’d have to give this a “don’t buy” recommendation for any full-grown male looking to wear it above their elbow, or for ANYONE looking to use this on their upper arm during any kind of weight-bearing or weight lifting exercise.

This armband is of good quality, but the fit isn’t ideal for me. I am a very slender woman (21 years old) and I am forced to wear it loosely. I might put a rubber band over it while I run to keep it secure. However, great for the price. Thanks!
